Sanitation Solutions

Leased labor is an ideal solution to industrial sanitation needs. Allow Onsite to hire employees rather than hiring them directly as full-time employees. In this arrangement, OnSite is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing the employees, while the company that requires the labor pays a fee to the agency for their services.

Key points about leased labor include:

  1. OnSite (third party): Leased labor involves a middleman, OnSite, which acts as the employer of record for the leased employees. The agency handles HR tasks, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
  2. Flexibility: Leasing labor offers companies flexibility in adjusting their workforce based on fluctuating demands. They can quickly scale up or down without the administrative burden of hiring and firing.
  3. Cost Control: Leased labor can potentially reduce overhead costs as the company does not need to manage employee benefits, training, or other administrative tasks directly.
  4. Expertise: Companies may use leased labor to tap into specialized skills or expertise for short-term projects or tasks without committing to long-term employment.
  5. Regulations and Legal Considerations: Using leased labor involves legal and regulatory considerations, as companies must ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including worker classification and benefits.
  6. Worker Classification: Proper classification of leased employees is crucial to avoid potential legal issues. They should be properly categorized as temporary or contract workers rather than misclassified as full-time employees.
  7. Disadvantages: While leased labor offers benefits, it can also result in less control over the workforce, potential communication challenges, and potentially higher costs over the long term compared to hiring permanent employees.
  8. Industry Variations: Leased labor is commonly used in industries with seasonal or project-based labor needs, such as construction, manufacturing, and hospitality.

By partnering with OnSite Business Services, the client company is able to focus their efforts on building their own business while we take care of Sanitation.
